Refund policy
Booking
- Full payment is required in advance to reserve a seat.
- Male or Female instructor will be assigned based on availability.
- Class slots are for individual use only and may not be shared.
- Bookings and payments must be completed online via our website or payment link.
- Classes can only be attended by the participant who is registered for the session.
- Unpaid bookings will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours.
- Private sessions must be booked at least 2 days in advance and are confirmed only upon full payment. This ensures the arrangement of food and beverages from Flatwhite Specialty Coffee.
- No-shows for paid bookings are considered cancellations and are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
- Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the class start time. Transferred classes or credit notes are valid for 1 year (non-transferable).
- A maximum of three reschedules is allowed. Exceeding this limit will result in cancellation without a refund.
- For courses or packages, only the first session may be rescheduled. Subsequent sessions are non-reschedulable and non-refundable.
- If a private session is rescheduled on the same day, participants may collect the food and beverages from the studio. However, food and beverages will not be provided for any subsequent rescheduled dates.
- If a class is canceled by Mud Studio, participants may:
o Switch to another available class
o Keep the credit for a future workshop
o Request a refund
- Refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled class. Requests made within 48 hours of the class will incur a 20% cancellation fee, which includes bank charges, deducted from the refund amount.
- Cash refunds are not provided. Refunds will be processed directly to your bank account.
- While the refund process begins within 24 hours, it may take up to 5 weeks to reflect in your account due to bank processing times.
- Rescheduled sessions are non-refundable.
- Classes are open to everyone.
- All workshops are primarily conducted in English.
- Food, Drinks and Decorations are only allowed in the private session.
- Pottery pieces will be ready for pickup within 3 weeks and must be collected within 5 weeks from the notified date for collection. Unclaimed pieces will become Mud studio property.
- Mud Studio reserves the right to photograph workshops and the pieces made during sessions for promotional use. Only participants' hands will be shown if face photography is not preferred.
- While we take great care in firing pottery, occasional cracking or breakage may occur. If this happens, a handmade piece from our collection will be offered as a gift.
- The outcome of your pieces might be slightly different from before and after firing depending on the used clay, glaze and firing techniques.
- Be warned that your clothes may become wet or soiled, kindly prepared for this.
- All tools, materials and aprons during the workshop.
