Refund policy
Booking
- All payments will be done online via the link on the website.
- Seats are limited and can only be reserved with full payment.
- Registration is non-transferable and classes can only be attended by the participant in whose name the registration is booked in.
- Should a class be canceled, you can either switch to another still available class, keep the credit for the next program, or request a refund
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made within 48 hours of the class start time. For courses, classes following the first day cannot be rescheduled or cancelled.
- We reserve the right to cancel or make changes to any courses, workshops or sessions.
- If we cancel your course or session for any reason, we will do our best to organise an alternative date within a reasonable period of time. If this is not possible, or you are unable to attend an alternative date, we will refund the full purchase price.
- Refunds are only provided if requested 2 days before the class.
- Mud does not provide refunds in cash. All refunds will be made directly to your current account.
- Even though we process refunds within 24 hours, refunds may take up to 5 weeks from the last date of classes.
- Class transfers / credit notes (transferring payment to the next season) are only permitted 2 days prior to the class start date. The validity for the credit note/ transfer is 1 year only. Credit notes are non-transferable.
- Pottery pieces will be ready for pickup in about 3 weeks and must be picked up no later than 5 weeks from the class date. Any pottery pieces uncollected become property of the studio.
- Classes are open to both male and female participants.
- unless otherwise noted, classes are taught in english.
- Images of coursework prepared in, or for a class delivered at mud, may be used for educational or promotional materials.
- sometimes pottery pieces break or crack. If this happens, we will gift you a pot made by us.
- Be warned that your clothes may become wet or soiled.
