Booking
General
- All payments will be done online via the link on the website.
- Seats are limited and can only be reserved with full payment.
- Registration is non-transferable and classes can only be attended by the participant in whose name the registration is booked in.
- Should a class be canceled, you can either switch to another still available class, keep the credit for the next program, or request a refund
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made within 48 hours of the class start time. For courses, classes following the first day cannot be rescheduled or cancelled.
- We reserve the right to cancel or make changes to any courses, workshops or sessions.
- If we cancel your course or session for any reason, we will do our best to organise an alternative date within a reasonable period of time. If this is not possible, or you are unable to attend an alternative date, we will refund the full purchase price.
- Refunds are only provided if requested 2 days before the class.
- Mud does not provide refunds in cash. All refunds will be made directly to your current account.
- Even though we process refunds within 24 hours, refunds may take up to 5 weeks from the last date of classes.
- Class transfers / credit notes (transferring payment to the next season) are only permitted 2 days prior to the class start date. The validity for the credit note/ transfer is 1 year only. Credit notes are non-transferable.
General
- Pottery pieces will be ready for pickup in about 3 weeks and must be picked up no later than 5 weeks from the class date. Any pottery pieces uncollected become property of the studio.
- Classes are open to both male and female participants.
- unless otherwise noted, classes are taught in english.
- Images of coursework prepared in, or for a class delivered at mud, may be used for educational or promotional materials.
- sometimes pottery pieces break or crack. If this happens, we will gift you a pot made by us.
- Be warned that your clothes may become wet or soiled.

- التسجيل غير قابل للتحويل ولا يمكن حضور الفصول الدراسية إلا من قبل المشترك الذي تم حجز التسجيل باسمه.
- في حالة إلغاء الفصل الدراسي، يمكنك إما التغير إلى فصل دراسي آخر متوفر، أو الاحتفاظ برصيدك للفصل التالي، أو طلب استرداد مبلغ التسجيل.
الإلغاءات
- يجب أن يتم الإلغاء أو إعادة الجدولة في غضون 48 ساعة من وقت بدء الفصل. بالنسبة للدورات، لا يمكن إعادة جدولة الفصول التي تلي اليوم الأول أو إلغاؤها.
الإلغاء من قبلنا
- نحتفظ بالحق في إلغاء أو إجراء تغييرات على أي دورات أو ورش عمل أو جلسات.
- إذا قمنا بإلغاء دورتك أو جلستك لأي سبب، فسوف نبذل قصارى جهدنا لجدولة موعد بديل خلال فترة زمنية معقولة.
إذا لم يكن ذلك ممكنًا، أو لا يمكنكم الحضورأثناء التاريخ البديل، فسنقوم برد مبلغ التسجيل بالكامل.
المبالغ المستردة
- يتم تقديم المبالغ المستردة فقط في حالة الطلب قبل يومين من بداية الفصل.
- لا يوفر ماد ستوديو المبالغ المستردة نقدًا. سيتم رد جميع المبالغ المستردة مباشرة إلى حسابك الحالي.
- على الرغم من أننا نقوم بمعالجة المبالغ المستردة في غضون 24 ساعة، فقد تستغرق عمليات الاسترداد ما يصل إلى 5 أسابيع من آخر موعد للتسجيل والدفع.
- يُسمح بتحويل حجز الفصل / الرصيد (تحويل الرصيد إلى الموسم التالي) قبل يومين فقط من تاريخ بدء الفصل. صلاحية الرصيد للتحويل هي سنة واحدة فقط. الحجزغير قابل للتحويل.
عام
- ستكون قطع الخزف جاهزة للاستلام في غضون 3 أسابيع تقريبًا ويجب استلامها في موعد لا يتجاوز 5 أسابيع من تاريخ الفصل. أي قطع خزفية لم يتم استلامها تصبح ملكًا لماد ستوديو.
- الفصول مفتوحة للمشاركين من الذكور والإناث.
- يتم تدريس الفصول باللغة الإنجليزية.
- يحتفظ ماد ستوديو بالحق في استخدام صور الدورات أو الفصول وما يتم صنعه من الطين، لغايات تعليمية أو الترويجية.
- في بعض الأحيان تتكسر قطع الخزف أو تتشقق عند تحضيرها. إذا حدث هذا، فسوف نمنحك قطع بديلة.
- يرجي الانتباه من أمكانية أن تصبح ملابسكم مبللة أو متسخة.
