The instructor will explain visually to the students:

1. How to give colors
2. How to carve the clay
3. Carving Methods

The students will work on the half dry clay cup with the instructor's help.

This workshop is designed to give a quirky look to your hand built pottery through techniques and creative methods.

You can use the help of our reference pieces to correlate, and guess the outcome. Giving carving textures after giving colors makes it a special pottery piece.

The two-hour session includes all carving and clay tools and materials, and firing costs, and students can expect to not only learn the craft but also take home their pieces after they are ready from firing (baking).

Session time: 2 hours

Age: 14 years old and above

Cost: 250 QR

Please note: After the date of the class, Final Pieces will be ready in 3 weeks and can be collected up to 5 weeks maximum. Once the time exceeds the pieces that are not taken will be owned by MUD.
